[Zhongji InnoLight: The actual controller pledged 728,000 shares to repay debts] On September 2, Zhongji InnoLight (300308.SZ) announced that the company’s actual controller Wang Weixiu had used some of the stocks he held to handle stock pledge transactions with China Merchants Securities and Huatai Securities. A total of 728,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 1.04% of the shares held by him and 0.06% of the total share capital, for the purpose of repaying debts. As of September 1, 2026, Wang Weixiu and his concerted parties have pledged a total of 6.678 million shares, accounting for 3.45% of their total shareholdings and 0.57% of the total share capital.
