[The Sino-Dutch Export Control Dialogue Mechanism Meeting was held in Shenzhen] On November 5, 2026, the ninth meeting of the Sino-Dutch Export Control Dialogue Mechanism was held in Shenzhen. The meeting was co-chaired by Jiang Qianliang, Director of the Industrial Safety and Import and Export Control Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of China, and Ekaud, Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. During the meeting, the two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on matters of concern in the field of export control, and agreed to further strengthen Sino-Dutch export control dialogue and exchanges, maintain close communication, create good conditions for cooperation between the two industries, and work together to maintain the stability and smoothness of the semiconductor and other industrial chain supply chains.
