[He Lifeng will go to Canada to host the second China-Canada Economic and Financial Strategic Dialogue] On November 6, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that as agreed by China and Canada, the second China-Canada Economic and Financial Strategic Dialogue will be held in Canada on November 9. He Lifeng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council, and Chinese leader of the China-Canada Economic and Financial Strategic Dialogue, will co-chair the dialogue with Canadian Finance Minister Champagne-Philippe Champagne and International Trade Minister Sidhu, the Canadian leaders of the dialogue.
