The cybersecurity and informatization department will take the following governance measures: First, increase the intensity of investigation and punishment of illegal accounts and institutions. Strictly deal with illegal accounts that spread rumors about health science and disrupt the ecological order of the Internet. Strengthen the verification and certification of identity qualifications of medical science popularization and other accounts, and require clear display of account qualification information. No vague hints such as "physician of a certain hospital" or "expert in a certain field" are marked in the account profile, and the source of medical science popularization information must be strictly marked. The second is to strengthen the management of key links. It is strictly prohibited to push popular science and health rumor information in lists, recommendations, etc. Establish a keyword database and typical case database for popular science rumor information, expand the pool of authoritative popular science content, mark rumor refutation labels in a timely manner, and strengthen the reach of rumor refutation information through pop-up windows, private message reminders, etc. The third is to improve the platform’s AI prevention and treatment capabilities. The platform is urged to improve its ability to discover, identify and handle AI-generated and synthesized science-related health rumor information, strengthen AI face-changing, voice-changing, virtual human image detection and deep synthesis forgery verification, and realize automatic identification of fake professional content.
