[Cathay Haitong: Plans to sell controlling stake in Haitong Hengxin] On November 6, Cathay Haitong (601211.SH) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Cathay Haitong Zhengyu and Hengxin Financial intend to accept part of the offer issued by the actual controller International Group and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, sell the domestic shares and H shares held by Haitong Hengxin, and transfer the controlling interest in Haitong Hengxin.
