At the meeting, five business leaders went straight to the topic and spoke freely. Everyone admitted frankly that in the face of the difficult challenges brought about by the complex environment at home and abroad, the state promptly introduced a package of incremental policies to strengthen the regulation of production capacity in key industries. Enterprises themselves also took the initiative to adapt and work hard to improve their internal strength. The market in some subdivisions stabilized, and production and sales in some emerging areas were booming. Enterprises have firm development confidence and accelerated the pace of transformation. It is recommended that the state further strengthens support for private enterprises in capital, energy and other factors, optimizes the implementation of "double" and "two new" policies, comprehensively rectifies disorderly and irrational competition, strengthens the empowerment and cultivation of private economic personnel, creates a better environment for the development of private enterprises, and opens up greater space for private investment. Zheng Shanjie listened carefully to the speeches of the participating companies and responded to the urgent, difficult and anxious issues of concern to the companies on the spot. He said that for a long time, the vast number of private enterprises have overcome difficulties and dared to venture in the market wave. While achieving their own development and growth, they have also made important contributions to maintaining the stable and healthy operation of the macro economy, expanding employment, and improving people's livelihood. The current economic situation must be viewed in a comprehensive, dialectical, and long-term manner. We must not only face up to practical problems such as external shocks and strong supply and weak demand, but also see the economic structure improving and new momentum. We must also see the deterministic advantages of ultra-large markets, complete industrial systems, and sufficient policy space. Most of the difficulties currently faced by private enterprises are difficulties in development and progress.
