It mentioned that enterprises are supported to carry out independent research in the fields of basic hardware, basic software, industrial software, network security and other fields; focusing on the "extreme basics + extreme applications" of general artificial intelligence, supporting enterprises to make innovative breakthroughs in algorithm theory, software framework, intelligent computing chips, new computing power clusters, as well as software intelligence, industrial intelligence, data intelligence, embodied intelligence and other directions; accelerating the layout of disruptive frontier technological fields such as quantum computing, 6G, brain-computer interface, and optoelectronics. Enterprises that undertake major scientific and technological research tasks in related fields will be provided with financial support of up to 1:1, with an annual support amount of up to 30 million yuan for each project.
