[Xidi Micro: Its controlled subsidiary Zinitix will be designated as a management stock by the Korean Exchange] On September 2, Xidi Micro (688173.SH) announced that its controlled subsidiary Zinitix will be designated as a management stock by the Korean Exchange starting from September 3, 2026 due to the total market value of its common stock for 30 consecutive trading days being less than 20 billion won. After being designated as a management stock, Zinitix will be delisted if the total market value of its common stock fails to exceed 20 billion won for 45 consecutive trading days or more within 90 trading days. If Zinitix triggers delisting and loses its listing status, it may have an adverse impact on Zinitix's operating conditions, causing the present value of future cash flows of the relevant asset group to be lower than its book value. There is a risk of goodwill impairment. The impairment loss will directly offset the total profit of the current period, which will have an adverse impact on the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company.
