Dai Jianying, Secretary-General of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations of the People's Republic of China, and Chen Haiquan, Singapore's Ambassador to China, attended the launch event and delivered speeches. The first phase of the exchange program was organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Commerce, with the theme of digital economy and green development. During the event, representatives from both sides went to Beijing, Zhejiang, and Shanghai to conduct exchanges focusing on green trade, e-commerce, industrial parks, green energy and other fields.
