[Water Gas: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2% of their shares] On September 2, Walter Gas (688268.SH) announced that the company’s shareholders Xiamen Huahong Duofu, Xiamen Huahe Duofu, and Xiamen Huajin Duofu plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.553 million shares in total through block transactions between September 28 and December 27, 2026, accounting for no more than 2% of the company’s total share capital. The reason for the reduction is its own capital needs.
