According to statistics from the Air Logistics Branch of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, a total of 11 new international air cargo routes were opened across the country in August, with an increase of 34 round-trip flights per week. As of August 31, a total of 115 new international air cargo routes have been opened across the country in 2026, with an increase of 292 round-trip flights per week. In terms of route structure, among the new routes opened this year, there are 57 Asian routes, 41 European routes, 13 North American routes, 3 African routes, and 1 South American route. The cargo structure is mainly cross-border e-commerce goods, high-end manufacturing goods, high value-added goods, electronic products, and auto parts.
