[G20 Innovation Ministers’ Meeting held in North Carolina, USA] From September 1st to 2nd, the Group of Twenty (G20) Innovation Ministers’ Meeting was held in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. Ministers of science and technology and trade ministers of G20 members and guest countries attended the meeting. The topics discussed in the trade field are intellectual property policies for artificial intelligence (AI) innovation, mutual promotion of AI and standards, industrial innovation and supply chain investment. Vice Minister of Commerce Jiang Chenghua attended the meeting and spoke on relevant issues. During the meeting, Jiang Chenghua also held meetings and talks with the heads of delegations from the United States, Brazil, Italy, Russia and other member countries.
