[Thailand initiates new exporter review investigation in anti-dumping case against Chinese aluminum extruded materials] On September 3, the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Chinese exporter/producer Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Hardware Profile Co., Ltd., it initiated an anti-dumping new exporter review investigation into aluminum extruded materials originating in China. From the date of this announcement, Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Hardware Profile Co., Ltd. will be levied an anti-dumping deposit of 21.94% on the CIF price. The maximum period is one year or until the final decision is made after the review of this case.
