[The United States will require Europe to repay the huge amount of funds it provided to Ukraine] September 4th, U.S. President Trump posted on social media on the 3rd that he would require European countries to repay the military assistance and ammunition the United States provided to Ukraine during the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Trump first denied reports that the U.S. ammunition stockpile was severely depleted in the war with Iran, and said that the free military assistance provided by the Biden administration to Ukraine far exceeded the amount used by the U.S. military in the war with Iran.
