[The State Radio Office deploys and carries out the evaluation of domestic coordination third-party institutions for satellite networks] September 4th, the State Radio Office recently issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Evaluation of Domestic Coordination of Third-Party Institutions for Satellite Networks (2026-2027)" (referred to as the "Notice"), and will carry out the evaluation of domestic coordination of third-party institutions for satellite networks on a trial basis from 2026 to 2027. The "Notice" first clarifies the applicable conditions for assessment. For issues such as unreasonable coordination requirements, unclear coordination standards, controversial technical analysis, unclear frequency compatibility conclusions, etc., if no agreement can be reached after repeated coordination and consultation, the coordinating parties can complete the coordination through third-party assessment. The second is to clarify the evaluation work procedures, including selecting third-party institutions, conducting evaluation work, and applying evaluation results.
