Deposit-paying employees in the Wuhan metropolitan area who purchase new commercial housing in Wuhan can voluntarily choose to apply for a loan from the provident fund center in Wuhan or the place where the deposit is made, and enjoy the same maximum loan limit and other policies. Provide phased preferential support for housing purchases in new urban areas. From the date of implementation of this notice to December 31, 2026, families purchasing newly built commercial housing in Yangtze New District, Dongxihu District, Huangpi District, Jiangxia District, Caidian District, Xinzhou District, and Hannan District will be given a subsidy discount of 1% of the total price of the house purchase contract, with a total subsidy of 100 million yuan until it is used up.
