The revision of the "Regulations on Emergency Response, Investigation and Handling of Electric Power Safety Accidents" has achieved a historic breakthrough in power safety management and control from focusing on urban power grids to covering all urban and rural areas. At present, China's regional development differences exist objectively, and some remote counties still face problems such as power grid architecture that needs to be optimized and equipment operation pressure is too high.
