[3,467 new commercial housing units were transacted in Shenzhen in August] On September 5, the Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association released the latest data showing that in August, 3,467 new commercial housing units were transacted in Shenzhen, a month-on-month decrease of 23.0%, and a year-on-year increase of 4.8%; Shenzhen second-hand housing sales recorded 5,108 units, a month-on-month decrease of 2.3%, and a year-on-year increase of 7.6%. From January to August this year, Shenzhen’s second-hand housing sales recorded a total of approximately 48,400 units, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%.
