[11.8 tons of dyed lettuce destroyed in Yuzhong] September 6th. It was found that 6 companies were preprocessing lettuce. In order to make the lettuce look better, they diluted the food additive "fruit green" and then washed the lettuce. The main ingredients of "fruit green" are bright blue, lemon yellow and salt. It can be used quantitatively in some foods, but its scope of use does not include fresh vegetables.
