[China State Construction: Vice President Chen Yong resigned due to suspected serious violations of discipline and law] On September 6, China State Construction (601668.SH) announced that the 42nd meeting of the company’s fourth board of directors reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Chen Yong to no longer serve as Vice President of China State Construction Co., Ltd.” Chen Yong is currently under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission due to personal suspicion of serious violations of discipline and law. He is unable to perform his duties and will resign as vice president on September 5, 2026.
