The scope of authorization covers the timing and amount of capital increase and capital reduction decisions, which can be implemented in multiple phases. CITIC Securities Investment is CITIC Securities' own capital equity investment platform, which continues to focus on hard technology fields such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, new materials, and high-end manufacturing.
