[Wowu Biotechnology: Actual Controller Changed to YANNI CHEN] On September 8th, Wowu Biotechnology (300357.SZ) announced that due to the dissolution of marriage and property division between Hu Genxi and YANNI CHEN, the actual controller of the company was changed from two people to jointly control it to YANNI CHEN. The controlling shareholder is still Wowu Consulting, holding 38.86% of the shares. Hu Gengxi holds 8.35% of the shares alone, resigned as chairman of the company, and no longer holds any position in the company. This change will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operations.
