[Evergrande Automobile Board of Directors Meeting Postponed to September 16] On September 8th, Evergrande Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the board of directors meeting to approve the Group's annual results for the years ending on December 31, 2024 and 2025, as well as the Group's interim results for the six months ending on June 30, 2025, has been rescheduled to September 16, 2026. Trading of the company's shares will continue to be suspended until further notice.
