[Private equity giant CVC announces CEO personnel changes] September 9th, private equity giant CVC announced on September 9, local time, that it will appoint Todd Sisitsky and current CVC President Peter Rutland as co-CEOs before the first quarter of 2028, at which time Rob Lucas will step down as the company's CEO. Todd Sisitsky most recently served as President of TPG Capital.
