The Enping 24-2 oil field in-situ expansion platform that was put into operation this time is located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin about 200 kilometers southwest of Shenzhen, with an operating water depth of nearly 100 meters. The project adopts the innovative model of "installing new modules in situ on old platforms". Without stopping production or reconstructing the original production system, a new operating platform is accurately installed, adding 12 well slots and deploying 16 adjustment wells, effectively breaking the development bottleneck of saturated well locations and limited production capacity on the original platform.
