[Four TDR products linked to China’s domestic ETFs are listed in Thailand] September 9th, today, E Fund Fund was simultaneously listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Four depository receipts (TDRs) linked to E Fund’s domestic ETFs were listed. The four TDRs were linked to CSI 300, Science and Technology 50, GEM and CSI Artificial Intelligence-themed ETFs, providing Southeast Asian investors with new tools to conveniently allocate Chinese assets. According to public information, this is the first time that four TDR products linked to China's domestic ETFs have been launched simultaneously in the Thai market. TDR is a securities instrument established by the Thai Stock Exchange for localized trading of overseas assets. It is denominated in Thai baht and listed directly on the secondary market of the Thai Stock Exchange. Local investors do not need to open a separate domestic securities account in China. They can directly purchase TDRs with Chinese domestic ETFs as the underlying assets on the Thai Stock Exchange using their existing Thai stock accounts. (Reporter Zhou Xiaoya)
