To meet the smart development needs of local and Bay Area-related industries, introduce and deploy large and ultra-large data centers and intelligent computing centers to increase the scale and level of computing power. By 2030, the city will have a carrying capacity of 1 million standard racks and an installed intelligent computing capacity of over 750,000 PFLOPS, becoming the core city supporting computing power in the Bay Area.
