[French Football Federation: No longer supports Infantino’s re-election bid for FIFA President] On September 10th, the French Football Federation announced that it would no longer support FIFA President Gianni Infantino’s re-election bid. The French Football Federation held an executive committee meeting at its headquarters that day and made the above decision. Currently, Infantino is the only candidate who has announced his candidacy in the FIFA presidential election scheduled to be held on March 18, 2027.
