[Porsche completes sale of shares in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group] September 10th, sports car manufacturer Porsche announced on September 9, local time, that it has completed the sale of its shares in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group. Porsche expects to receive approximately 1 billion euros in revenue from this transaction, of which 250 million euros will be used to further enhance the company's pension obligation funds. Porsche said that its 2026 automotive business net cash flow profit margin forecast announced in its semi-annual report has not yet taken into account the impact of asset disposal transactions. After combining the cash inflow brought by this transaction and the additional financial support for pension obligations, Porsche expects the net cash flow profit margin of the automotive business to increase to 5.5% to 7.5% in 2026, higher than the previously expected 3% to 5%.
