[Boeing submitted the final plan to the engineers union: including a 10% salary increase, with an annual minimum salary increase of no less than 4%] On September 12, Boeing stated in an update announcement published on its official website that it had submitted a final contract plan to the engineers union SPEEA: After the plan is approved, engineers will be provided with a 10% minimum salary increase immediately, and an additional 4% salary increase will be added in March 2027. Boeing said its union bargaining team is now recommending members vote in favor. The contract also stipulates that a 6% salary adjustment pool will be set up each year in 2028, 2029, and 2030, and the annual guaranteed salary increase will not be less than 4%.
