[Pharmron Chemical: Plans to issue RMB 2.18 billion in US dollar-settled zero-coupon convertible bonds due in 2027] On August 27, Pharmaron announced in the morning that the company plans to issue RMB 2.18 billion in US dollar-settled zero-coupon convertible bonds due in 2027. The convertible bonds can be converted into the company's H shares at an initial conversion price of HK$36.08 per H share (adjustable). The initial conversion price is HK$36.08 per H share, a premium of 16.76% to the closing price of HK$30.90 per H share on August 26. The proceeds will be used to support the expansion and development of the group's business; refinance part of the group's existing debt and optimize the capital structure; and be used for general corporate purposes and supplementing working capital.
