[Mountain fire broke out on Brac Island, Croatia, nearly 700 people were evacuated] September 14th, a large-scale wildfire broke out on Brac Island, Croatia recently. On the night of the 12th local time, the fire spread to the island's Milna town and nearby bays, and nearly 700 local residents and tourists were evacuated. The local fire department dispatched four firefighting aircraft to fight the fire. On the 13th, the mountain fire had not yet been completely extinguished, and the current fire area had reached 3,500 hectares. The island of Brac is located on the Adriatic coast of Croatia and is an important tourist destination in the country.
