[ExxonMobil plans to increase its LNG sales portfolio to 50 million tons per year by 2030] On September 14, it was reported that ExxonMobil expects its global LNG sales portfolio to reach approximately 50 million tons per year by 2030, higher than the previous forecast of 40 million tons, according to Peter Clarke, senior vice president of LNG business at ExxonMobil International Co., Ltd. Overall, global LNG demand is expected to grow from about 400 million tons currently to 500 million tons in 2030, Clarke said in an interview.
