[Two departments launched a national level four emergency response for natural disaster relief in Hainan] September 15th, in accordance with the "National Natural Disaster Relief Emergency Plan", on September 15, the National Disaster Reduction and Relief Commission and the Ministry of Emergency Management launched a national level four emergency response for natural disaster relief in response to the severe disasters caused by recent heavy rainfall in Hainan. An emergency working team was dispatched to the disaster area to inspect the disaster on the spot, and to guide and assist the local area in disaster relief work such as disaster verification, mass relocation and basic living security.
