[Registration Management of Institutions and Personnel Engaged in Exit and Entry Intermediary Services Starting Today] On September 15th, the "Recording Management Measures for Institutions and Personnel Engaged in Exit and Entry Intermediary Services" formulated by the National Immigration Administration and the State Administration for Market Regulation came into effect on September 15, aiming to standardize the registration management of institutions and personnel engaged in exit and entry intermediary services. It is understood that the filing management measures are formulated in accordance with the "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations of the State Council on Exit and Entry Administration" that came into effect on September 15. There are 14 articles in total, which further clarify the filing scope, filing period, filing materials and other requirements, and determine that the exit and entry management agencies of the public security organs of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall implement filing management for institutions and personnel engaged in exit and entry intermediary services within their jurisdictions. The Recording Management Measures require that the exit and entry management agencies of the public security organs, while strengthening supervision and management, should continue to optimize their work processes and continuously improve the convenience of record filing for agencies engaged in exit and entry intermediary services.
