[Mingtai Aluminum: Termination of sale of 2.50% stake in Sanmenxia Aluminum] On September 15th, Mingtai Aluminum (601677.SH) announced that due to Jiaozuo Wanfang withdrawing its application for asset reorganization by issuing shares to purchase assets, the company's transaction plan to sell 2.50% stake in Sanmenxia Aluminum to it was terminated accordingly. As of the announcement date, the company still holds the equity and this termination will not have a substantial impact on the company's financial status.
