[CSPC Innovation: SYS6010 included in the list of breakthrough therapies] On September 15th, CSPC Innovation (300765.SZ) announced that SYS6010, developed by the company's holding subsidiary Jushi Biologics, was included in the list of breakthrough therapies by the Drug Evaluation Center of the State Food and Drug Administration. The proposed indication is recurrent or metastatic driver gene-negative non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has failed immune and platinum-containing chemotherapy. SYS6010 is an antibody conjugate drug targeting EGFR, and its Phase III clinical trials are currently underway. The drug has previously received three breakthrough therapy designations.
