[Hong Kong will participate in the research and inspection of domestically produced aircraft] September 16th, Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive Lee Ka-chiu announced today (September 16) the "First Five-Year Plan for the Economic and Social Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2026-2030)."
