[Zuckerberg publicly opposes the "AI slowdown theory"] September 16th, Meta CEO Zuckerberg shared his views on artificial intelligence safety on Tuesday local time. He believes that AI laboratories should rely on independent evaluators and consultants to ensure the safety of models. He does not believe that there is a need to slow down the development of AI. Zuckerberg also said that Meta proactively delayed the launch of Muse AI technology out of "safety and security" considerations.
