[Dianhun Network: The actual controller divorced, split shares and signed a concerted action agreement] On September 16th, Dianhun Network (603258.SH) announced that the company’s actual controllers Hu Jianping and Chen Fang had dissolved their marriage and split their shares. Hu Jianping would split his 7.2829 million shares (accounting for 3% of the total share capital) into Chen Fang’s name. After the split, Hu Jianping's shareholding dropped to 2.78%, and Chen Fang's shareholding rose to 13.78%. The two parties have signed a "Concerted Action Agreement" for a period of 36 months, and control a total of 16.56% of the company's shares. The actual controller of the company has not changed, and there is no change in control rights.
