(603139.SH) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang signed a "computing power service contract" with customer Company A. In order to ensure the implementation of the contract, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang signed a "Purchase and Sales Contract" for computing power servers with supplier G Company, with a total amount of approximately 1.141 billion yuan (tax included). Company G is a holding subsidiary of an A+H-share listed company. It has good credit status and sufficient performance guarantee capabilities. The contract stipulates that Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang must pay the full price of each batch of computing servers within 50 days after delivery. Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang will face greater financial pressure in the short term. The company is expected to invest approximately 1.141 billion yuan to purchase servers, and the funds will mainly rely on financing from financial institutions. The asset-liability ratio is expected to increase from 69% to about 78%. Computing power delivery will be implemented in batches from the end of the third quarter of 2026 to the end of the first quarter of 2027. If the computing power services under this contract can be delivered on time, it is expected to increase the company's revenue by approximately 30 million yuan in 2026. The impact on the company's net profit in 2026 cannot yet be determined.
