[Henggong Precision: Plans to issue convertible bonds of no more than 810 million yuan for projects such as embodied intelligent robots] On September 16th, Henggong Precision (301261.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue convertible bonds to unspecified objects and raise a total of no more than 810 million yuan. After deducting issuance costs, it will be used for embodied intelligent robot body manufacturing projects, embodied intelligent robot pilot bases and Shanghai R&D center projects, high-end equipment parts expansion projects, high-end parts new material production expansion projects and supplementary working capital.
