Comprehensively promote the "scan code to use electricity" service, and support seasonal, temporary and mobile electricity customers such as tea-cured tobacco, drainage, irrigation and waterlogging, street stalls and night markets, express logistics, etc. to "free installation and use electricity quickly". Promote 100% of fixed parking spaces in new residential communities to be equipped with private charging facilities or reserve installation conditions, and promote "one community, one certificate" in existing residential communities to facilitate customers to apply for the installation of private charging piles. Open up "green channels" and support the "unified construction and unified service" of community public charging facilities to meet the people's green travel needs.
