[Shenling Environment: Signed a US$415 million air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment supply agreement with overseas customer A] On September 17, Shenling Environment announced that the company and overseas customer A signed a "Supply Agreement" for air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment on September 16, 2026. The total amount is US$415 million (excluding tax, equivalent to approximately RMB 2.782 billion). The agreement will take effect upon signature by both parties. The delivery period is 120 days after the agreement takes effect. It is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial status and operating results in 2027.
