On September 17th, Hong Kong stocks closed at noon, with the Hang Seng Index falling 0.73% and the Hang Seng Technology Index falling 0.76%. Gold stocks generally fell, with Shandong Gold falling more than 7%, Zhaojin Mining, Zijin Gold International, and Chifeng Gold falling more than 6%. PCB concept stocks fell, with Guanghe Technology falling 4% and Shenghong Technology falling more than 3%.
