B[Shanghai: During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the "Shanghai Price" will be constructed in layers to enrich the supply of over-the-counter commodity derivatives] Zhu Min, deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai Municipal Government, said at the Shanghai Municipal Government Press Conference on September 3 that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Shanghai will strengthen functions such as transaction pricing, transit distribution, and risk management, and build a "Shanghai Price" in layers around advantageous categories such as iron ore and copper, emerging categories such as liquefied natural gas, electricity, and computing power, and potential categories such as hydrogen-based new energy. Deepen the linkage of futures and spot derivatives, expand the applicable categories for bonded warehouse receipt pledge, deepen the standard warehouse receipt transaction pledge function, and enrich the supply of over-the-counter commodity derivatives. Accelerate the international development of futures and options, promote the opening up of more trading varieties to the outside world, take the construction of "trust and trade chain" as the starting point, create a credible trade ecosystem for commodities, and enhance the influence of "Shanghai prices".
