[Market Supervision Bureau announces Geely Holding's acquisition of Ford España, S.L.'s equity case] On September 7, the Market Regulation Bureau announced Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd.'s acquisition of Ford España, S.L.'s equity. Geely Holding and Ford Motor Company ("Ford") signed a transaction agreement. Geely Holding plans to acquire 34% of Ford España, S.L.'s ("Target Company") equity. The target company is engaged in the passenger car business in Spain. Before the transaction, Ford held 100% of the equity of the target company and solely controlled the target company. After the transaction is completed, Ford and Geely Holding will hold 66% and 34% of the equity of the target company respectively, and jointly control the target company.
