The draft of the "Plan" shows that by 2030, breakthrough progress will be made in building a strong sports province, the total scale of the sports industry will reach 400 billion yuan, and the total scale of residents' sports consumption will exceed 310 billion yuan. Promote the construction of a strong chain in the sports industry, focus on the development of the four major areas of competition performances, outdoor sports, sports manufacturing, and healthy e-sports. Support Chengdu, Mianyang, Dazhou, Ziyang and other places to create a number of tens of billions-level sports manufacturing clusters. Encourage Guang'an, Leshan, Neijiang and other qualified regions to accelerate the development of sports manufacturing.
