B[Xiongan International Computing Power Integrated Dispatch Center Starts Operation] On September 12, at the Xiongan Forum of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference on September 12, the Xiongan International Computing Power Integrated Dispatch Center announced its official launch. It is reported that the center consists of two modules: the integrated computing power dispatching platform and the international large model service platform. Xiongan International Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Platform aims to build a national-level cross-domain computing power dispatching hub, coordinate and gather diverse heterogeneous computing power resources, open up the computing power circulation network, and solve the problem of computing power islands. The platform has covered 8 major national computing power hubs and has access to 44 computing power resource pools in 19 provinces across the country, with a total computing power scale exceeding 27,000P. Relying on the computing power integrated scheduling platform, the Xiongan International Large Model Service Platform focuses on Token scheduling services, bringing together all categories of mainstream large models, and will create a global large model aggregation service hub.
