A[National Data Administration: Exploring actual word-unit business models that adapt to the industry] On August 30, Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Administration, stated at the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo that it is necessary to study and explore business models such as word-unit value-added subscription and pay-for-performance based on major national economic scenarios. Data labeling is equivalent to labeling original data. The labeled data can be used to train artificial intelligence. The National Data Administration will deploy a new batch of data annotation pilot trials in 32 cities, and go deep into industrial manufacturing, medical health, transportation and other fields to break the bottleneck of the development of the data annotation industry.
